In Tots We Trust.

Picture it: tater tots loaded with meats, cheeses and sauces, wrapped up in a tortilla and slapped on the grill.

That's what we do. From tots piled with eggs and bacon to tots topped with chicken, cheese, ranch and sour cream, our Great American Tot Wraps are available for dine-in or delivery from morning until late, late, late night. And because no hero is complete without their sidekick, we round things out with mac & cheese bites, French toast sticks, spicy fried pickles and other side dishes.

It's craveable at any hour. It's late-night salvation. It's a dignified morning-after cure. It's made quickly but it's not fast food.

It's the Great American Tot Wrap, and it's exactly what you need, when you need it.

THE CONRAD'S STORY

It seemed so simple at the time. In a moment of very, very late-night inspiration, Michigan State student Joseph Conrad grabbed a tortilla, piled it with tater tots, meat, cheese and sauces and finished it off on the stove. Boom. The tot wrap was born.

After failing to keep up with his friends' wrap requests, Joseph opened his first Conrad's location in 2007. Now with three restaurants serving the East Lansing area, Conrad's is as much as part of Spartan culture as Sparty himself, with lines out the door more than a decade later.

Joseph can still be found at his East Lansing Conrad's locations, working the register, helping out in the kitchen or even surprising tot wrap fans by delivering their food.

Now that's dedication.
